Brzy svoji
An established SaaS where couples build their own wedding website.
Context
Brzy svoji is a wedding SaaS that's been running for about ten years, with happy customers. A few months ago I took the project over from its original owner and creator, and it's been in my care ever since.
What I did
First thing, I ran a big upgrade from PHP 7 to 8.3 so I could start with a clean slate. Now I'm adding features - for example I built a seating planner and added self-service package upgrades for customers. I also handle day-to-day operations, customer support, and the rest of keeping the service running.
Where it stands
The project is alive, customers are happy, and I've worked off a good chunk of the tech debt. It's also a useful playground for me when it comes to marketing and that side of things. Next up, for instance, is a redesign of the landing page and plenty of smaller steps - we'll see where it all leads.
